Notice is hereby given that electronic bids will be accepted by Dakota County for the aforementioned project through Dakota County's online electronic bid system (eGram), until 9:00 AM on Thursday, October 22, 2020, at which time they will be publicly opened and read at the Empire Maintenance Facility located at 2800 160th Street West, Rosemount, MN.

Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or corporate surety bond, made in favor of Dakota County in an amount of at least 5% of the amount bid. The right is reserved to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities therein.
It is anticipated that a contract to perform the work will be awarded by resolution of the Dakota County Board of Commissioners at the County Board meeting scheduled for Tuesday, November 3, 2020.
