Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or corporate surety bond, made in favor of Dakota County in an amount of at least 5% of the amount bid. The right is reserved to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities therein.

It is anticipated that a contract to perform the work will be awarded by resolution of the Dakota County Board of Commissioners at the County Board meeting scheduled for Tuesday, February 25, 2020.
