Notice is hereby given that electronic bids will be accepted by Dakota County for the aforementioned project through Dakota County's online electronic bid system (eGram), until 9:00 AM on Tuesday, August 7, 2018, at which time they will be publicly opened and read at the Empire Transportation Facility located at 2800 160th Street West, Rosemount, MN.
LOCATION: TH 55 west of CSAH 42 (145th Street) to 1,150' east of Fahey Avenue in Rosemount

Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or corporate surety bond, made in favor of Dakota County in an amount of at least 5% of the amount bid. The right is reserved to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities therein.
It is anticipated that a contract to perform the work will be awarded by resolution of the Dakota County Board of Commissioners at the County Board meeting scheduled for Tuesday, August 21, 2018.
