How do I get a user account to log in?

To become a plan holder and download plans from the Dakota County eGram site, you need to log in to the Dakota County eGram server using your Connex ID and password. Your organization will then be added to the plan holders list. If you do not log in, you can still download plans; however, your organization will not be listed as a plan holder. You may also contact Erin Borchert at 952-891-7908 to be added to the plan holder list.

How do I become a plan holder for a project?

If you currently have a ConneX account and your organization has been granted access to Dakota County's eGram site, you may log in using your ConneX User ID and Password. Organizations may request access to the Dakota County eGram site through their ConneX administrator. Don't have a ConneX account? Go to the ConneX Server at https://connex.mn.uccs.com to create your organization (or join it if it already exists). Your organization can have multiple user accounts with varied levels of authorization. In addition, your organization can request access to multiple eGram sites. You will receive an email after you have been granted access to an eGram site.

Why is my district taking so long to load?

To optimize the use of eGram, the counties and cities must ensure that their eGram servers are operational. If you are getting a long load time when viewing your district, one of the eGram servers in your district might be experiencing problems. The server may be down or misconfigured, or may be having network issues. You may want to notify the owners of the server to make them aware of the problem.
